Description

Regulate and support the movement of product throughout the entire Manufacturing and Assembly cycle from the creation of manufacturing work orders (jobs) to the delivery of finished goods.

Crestview Aerospace Overview

Crestview Aerospace is a manufacturing organization working closely with large aircraft and weapon systems OEMs, such as Boeing Defense, Bell, RTX/Collins Aerospace, Northrop Grumman and several others to deliver complex design-to-build and build-to print assemblies. Crestview Aerospace provides these assemblies in support of in-service platforms, such as: H-47, V-22, F-35, F-15, F-16, F-18, KC-135, E-2, and weapon systems such as Harpoon and SLAM-ER. Crestview Aerospace is comprised of two (2) manufacturing sites, with operations in St. Louis, Missouri and Crestview, FL, and employs approximately 300 professionals.

Essential Job Functions


  • Oversee Production Schedule in a Manufacturing environment.
  • Responsible for releasing work orders to the manufacturing floor in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with managers, team members and company executives to identify the production needs of the business and help set quotas and other important metrics for production.
  • Monitor part shortages and assist in providing projected ship dates.
  • Manage, organize and solve problems as they develop, modify and direct Production Schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products to both internal and external customers.

Professional Requirements, Qualifications & Desired Competencies:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Production Scheduling experience preferred but not required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products
  • EPICOR experience is desired
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work any shift, overtime, weekends and flexible hours as required
  • Must adhere to Company policies/procedures and management instruction
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and Company Proprietary data

Work Environment:

  • Working environment will be both in office and extensive time in the production hangars
  • May involve occasional travel to suppliers or other company locations.
  • In the production hangars, oil, grease, grime, and dust are present.
  • Production facility is not environmentally controlled: temperature of working area will reflect the outside weather conditions.

Physical Requirements:

Primarily manufacturing/assembly environment. Must be able to work in the following environmental conditions: noise, vibration, proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current. Must be able to bend and reach. Must have close visual acuity such as viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines, and/or assembly or fabrication parts at close distance to the eyes. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to maneuver up to 20 pounds. Will be performing substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
